How BleachBright Works The BleachBright system whitens teeth by using a combination of peroxide, pressure, heat and exposure. The mouthpiece is already saturated with the neutral PH peroxide gel which squeezes between the teeth and into the tooth structure. When the light is applied it raises the internal mouth temperature slightly to create an increase in the peroxide temperature which helps release free hydroxyl radicals and clear stains.
